How is LettermailTM Different From Other Direct Mail Services?
- Lettermail generally refers to informational mail without a sales oriented call-to-action, as opposed to promotional Personalized Mail
- While Personalized Mail must meet commercial content requirements, Lettermail may be of virtually any nature (informational or promotional)
- Lettermail travels as Canada Post’s fastest service, upheld by the “First Class” postage rates below
- Lettermail postage includes the return-to-sender feature for undeliverable mail pieces if there is a valid return address on the outward face
- Acceptable Lettermail items include: letters, postcards, folded cards, invoices, magnets, reports, photographs and a wide array of products
- Maximum dimensions for Standard Lettermail are 6.1″ x 9.6″ x 0.2″ (thickness) before classified as Oversize
